Foxton Fizz “Upload Your Receipt or Request Form” Competition – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
The promoter is Foxton Fizz (1918) Ltd, New Zealand.

2. Eligibility

  • Open to New Zealand residents of any age. Entrants under 16 must have parent or guardian consent.
  • Employees of Foxton Fizz (1918) Ltd and their immediate families are not eligible.
  • Entries must be submitted in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

3. How to Enter

  • Either purchase any Foxton Fizz product from a New World, Pak’n Save, or Four Square store, or complete a New Product Request Form at one of those stores requesting Foxton Fizz.
  • Visit https://foxtonfizz.com/pages/contact-us and complete the entry form with:
    1. Your  name
    2. Your email address
    3. Your phone number
    4. An uploaded photo of either a valid supermarket receipt showing a Foxton Fizz purchase or a valid New Product Request Form for Foxton Fizz at a New World, Pak’n Save or Four Square store.
  • Each qualifying Foxton Fizz purchase of a bottle equals three entries, each new product request form equals 10 entries. The New Product Request Form is valid only if the store doesn’t currently stock the requested Foxton Fizz product.

4. Promotion Period
Entries open 7 November 2025 and close 15 November 2025 at 11:59 pm NZ time.

5. Prize & Draw

  • The main prize is a Retro Cooler Box filled with Foxton Fizz.
  • The winner will be randomly drawn on 16 November 2025 from all eligible entries.
  • The winner will be notified by email and announced on Foxton Fizz social media.

6. Validation & Verification

  • Receipts and Request Forms must clearly show the store name and date.
  • Only entries for New World, Pak’n Save and Four Square stores will be accepted.
  • Duplicated, tampered or illegible images will invalidate an entry.
  • Foxton Fizz reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify those reasonably believed to be fraudulent.

7. Privacy & Use of Information

  • By entering, participants consent to Foxton Fizz collecting and storing their information for the purpose of administering the competition and contacting winners.
  • Uploaded images will be securely stored and deleted within 90 days after the promotion closes.
  • Personal information will not be shared with any third party except as required by law. See our Privacy Policy.

8. General Conditions

  • The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
  • If the prize becomes unavailable, Foxton Fizz may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
  • Foxton Fizz (1918) Ltd is not liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered in connection with this promotion.
  • By entering, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions and to Foxton Fizz’s decisions, which are final and binding.
